SMS terms & conditions

1. Program description

MidSouth Removal Inc sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, day-of updates (crew on the way, arrival windows, delays), quote and estimate follow-ups, payment and invoice notices, and review requests. If you separately agree to marketing messages, you will also receive promotions and offers.

2. How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box(es) on our website form, by giving verbal consent during a call with us, or by texting [KEYWORD] to [messaging number]. Consent to marketing messages is separate from consent to service messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can submit our forms and use our services without agreeing to receive texts.

3. Cancel anytime

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Rates and frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
